26-10-06 Has anyone been to Reading City?

Is there any decent pubs either around the stadium or on the walk from Tilehurst Station to the ground?

Yes and a resounding No.

Re: Naughtywatch 2022/23

Andy Yiadom is really going for it. Now booked 4 times he’s leading the way to a 1 match suspension. Just needs to negotiate the next 9 games safely to avoid being only the second suspension Reading has suffered in the last 2 and a bit years  At least there’s a few centre backs on the books ...

All booked in block C (Lords Builders Merchant Stand - so behind the goal)

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

I think 'URZZZZ' needs to get himself a job or a hobby - look how many times he/she has commented on the matter! Imagine getting this wound up over where people decide to sit at a football stadium Mate, there are people with 20 times my posts in about one fifth of the time. A really pointless argum...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

Are there a lot of C1871 members on here? If so, what made you decide to join? Do you prefer it to your normal position/matchday experiance? Was up for trying something different, so I did. And so glad I did. Was a season ticket holder in Y25 and the atmosphere was flat. People more interested in c...

It applies to all midweek home games this season, No it doesn't. Where have you got that from? Birmingham and Sheffield United were full price. It does apply every-mid week game - straight from the website ‘Season Ticket Tuesday’ will see the club present special ticket offers to our most loyal sup...

Re: Sunderland (A)

Had a note, possibly from the publican himself, suggesting this away-friendly pub for pre match. The Stumble Inn, Chester RD, SR1 3SD. There's match day parking, it's three stops on the Metro or a 1.3 mile walk to the stadium. In other news tWo STAR coaches will be going, leaving MS at 6.30am. To c...

Last day to book. Surprised we've only just sold over 1,000 for this Are you actually surprised? Nothing surprises me with our fan base! Don't knock it. I assume you are going ? It'll be 1300+, away to a team hundreds of miles away that could go top with a win. And we are 20th. Decent support in my...
