Royal_jimmy Absolutely loved that 2nd goal. Quality and priceless! Wasn't our best performance but who cares. Good win!

3 of the next 4 are tough

3 of them away and 3 of them on the telly but at least only 2 are away in midweek.

Thought we played reasonably well. Should have won comfortably tbh, didn’t quite fall for us in the box a few times and Joao and ince missed good chances

Second goal a fantastic moment. Loved that

Bristol were pretty poor. How have they scored so many?

We pressed a lot better and generally worked a lot more aggressively than recent matches

Mbengue excellent, as was Hendrick, Meite and Long

Hoilett a pretty average game, along with Joao(who at least worked hard) and Baba but everyone else did pretty well.

CountryRoyal We’re so lucky to have a player like Hendrick, consistently putting in fantastic performances making him genuinely undroppable. First name on the team sheet, and if we could only play with 1 player he’d be the last one too. What a guy.

Hendrick was superb today

Completely agree with this and saved me having to write anything. Hendrick was well worth his place in the team today. I’d still like NGW to be starting in front of Baba.

That second goal was beautiful. Long gave ya man 10 yards and still beat him to the ball. Then the pass to Carroll was absolutely perfect. <3

Loved the way that muppet defender just bounced off him and fell over

Really bright cameo from Long

Dunno what happened to him today but second half he was a totally different player. Really good, excellent performance

JR Brizzle fans on the bus reckon we got away with another Hutchinsonesque handball in the second half - anyone down in Club 1871 have a good view?

Huge shout for a handball I need the area first half as well.
We scored twice though and they had ZERO actual chances so even if we give them the pen we still win.

Absolutely loved that. Classic performance from us. Get our noses in front, soak up some pressure and nick a second goal on the counter attack. I'll remember that 2nd goal for a long time!

Thought we played ok, defended well to keep a clean sheet. I oxf*rd love this team, so much fight in it.

Our home form will keep us up if we can continue it. If our away form improves there's a shot of being near the top. Will take 1 point a game in the last 30 now if offered.

+1

I actually thought the referee was ok today. Didn't get too much wrong which makes a nice change.

Yes much improved, desperately unlucky not to have an assist after he smartly and unselfishly set up Ince.

Enjoyed today and the second goal was a classic injury-time clincher. Brilliant play from Longy, who muscled off the defender like a broken toy. Thought Hendrick was immense in the second haf, as was Loum (LOUM!). Would really prefer to see NGW in place of Baba. Apart from that, a good, comfortable day at the office.

yup, agree

Our ‘discerning fans’ here might have to look for an alternative whipping boy for the rest of the season?

My god how fickle. He had a good game, fantastic. He’s also been one of the poorer performers this season. The two are not mutually exclusive, clearly a concept too difficult for some of you tards to manage. Far more interested in points scoring then objective reason.

Fcuking brain dead monkeys. “Oooh player play good, he good player never bad”, “player play bad, bad always player ooh ah ooh ooh”.

I really hope Hendrick can push on now and consistently perform above the level he has previously demonstrated, obviously.

I think Jeff has been generally ok. Played well in some of our wins but not really stood up and influenced when we’ve been losing games

Definitely a big step up today

At least we can rely on Joao.
