Presumably Spurs would be clear favourites to win the entire play off given they won the league element by loads of points.

Sunderland beat Wolves 4-1 - so far all seven teams through have been the side that finished higher up the table.

The winners were Nottingham Forest - winning 2-0.

So we'll be hosting Nottingham Forest, presumably at the Madejski Stadium.

I'm fairly confident we'll get past Forest, especially having gone 2-0 up at their place and seemingly battering them in the replayed match (0-0 draw). The U21s are unbeaten at home this season as well.

Hard to judge how it goes in cup knock out of course but as said the fact they we seemed to outplay Forest over 1.25 games recently will make us favourites.

Of the potential semi final opponents - we beat Sunderland 2-1 but did not play West Ham, who finished 2nd, in the League phase.

Hoping for 3 more wins in the competition. Should Reading make it, would the final get played at a neutral venue?

No we will be away to the winners of the other semi. Which would be one of 3 London clubs or Liverpool !!

So winning it will be the greatest Reading Academy achievement ever then. Go Noel Hunt's barmy army!

That's going to be tough for all the Liverpool fans on here to pick who they want to win.

We already won the 2013/14 U21 Premier League Cup...but I guess this is technically a league competition.

Technical question about Saturday.

I am bringing along three kids to the game. Was refreshment outlet open at the last match?

As Royals and Racers says, no. The retail park by the ground is there. They're not going have any issue with you bringing stuff with you either.
