Not claiming to be ITK but I'm told the people involved in the 'western' takeover are as follows: Butch Cassidy, the Sundance Kid, Kid Curry, Lonny Curry, "Laughing" Sam Carey, Black Jack Ketchum, Elzy Lay, and George "Flat Nose" Curry.

multisync1830 3 (probably 2 unless there really is another Ian but I somehow doubt it) new Directors were added to RFC Holdings so they have updated recently.

Why would they have filed a Form AP01 at Companies House if he wasn't a different person from Ian Wood-Smith?

I wouldn't be surprised if it's an Italian consortium lead by Gianni Paladini again. I'm told it was all setup earlier in the year so now maybe TSI aren't on the board it's back on.

Pure conjecture on my part - I know the deal was all setup back in April though.

Looks like we'd be stinking rich for the champ if Teddy boy or Burman bought us

TAKEOVER: Tim Dellor is confident a takeover may happen before the weekend. Either Mohit Burman or a Western consortium. #ReadingFC

How can you be confident something 'may' happen.?

Dellor was confident something would happen on Monday, and Tuesday, and Wednesday. He's as clueless as the rest of the ITK gang.

If you think about it, he's played a blinder there...... If you place Burman in India as your starting point, then just about any of the other supposedly interested parties (Oman, Ireland, USA, Uruguay, Israel/London) is to the west of that point, so could be referred to as 'a western consortium'. May be some of them met up in the hotel and it's actually 'a Western super consortium'.
