10 days until the next game so hopefully one will be fit else Norcott will be on the bench.

What's happened to Harvey Collins? He went with the team to Exeter earlier in the season and was in the Unders squad. Assume injured...?

Not sure, as far as last night is concerned, may just not have been at the game and Norcott was so got asked to jump in.

They always have 3 keepers actively warming up presumably to cover the exact situation which happened last evening.

It's quite funny that Pereira got injured about a day before the exact scenario we signed him for happened.

Can we recall Southwood if both GK's out for a while?

In better news Selles confirmed after the game that both Smith and Camara could be back next weekend

Typical Reading, not giving themselves an insurance policy against that happening. Strangely Andresson could have covered if Carlisle had agreed to release him for the evening. Presuming CBC will be back for Charlton but if not and Pereira is seriously crocked (and it didn't look too bright from the picture Tim was painting) then Collins or Norcot are going to get a quick bit of first team experience.

No. Southwood is a permanent Cheltenham player not a Reading player on loan at Cheltenham.

We released Southwood at the end of last season, so he's a permanent Cheltenham player now.

Despite our financial and ownership problems could we bring in a keeper on an emergency loan basis, if required?

Probably not with our first choice keeper available. If Button drops too, then I should expect so.

I think you're right. IIRC, you can only get an emergency loan keeper if you don't have any professional keepers available.

Smith and Camara back for Saturday. Hutchinson possible but sounds unlikely.

CBC has a lengthy one up to 8 weeks. McIntyre out for a month or so. Mbengue vague "progressing well" update, so who knows whether that means 1, 2 or 4 weeks.

Excellent news on Smith, Camara as well. Forget about him a bit but he did a v good job early season

Not good on CBC

What has McIntyre done to himself? Must have missed that

So must I, as I thought his last reported injury was concussion.

It was his turn on the Reading FC random injury in training generator.

So, Tom, spin that wheel...

muscle injury

Right, a muscle injury then. Sounds serious, let's see how long for - give it another spin...

4-6 weeks out

Thanks for playing Tom and please remember the number of weeks out can go up as well as down (well, can go up)
