2023-24 Club Survey

by Clyde1998 » 09 May 2024 03:07

The club are running a survey on the experience of following Reading and improvements that could be made by the club (in terms of ticketing; catering; merchandising; facilities; stewarding; family area; matchday entertainment; Community Trust; website; social media).

This should've been sent to people if you're on the club's mailing list, but just to publicise it a bit more: link here.

Little reference to this glorious portal towards the end of the survey.

You bastards have ruined me. I read the first question poll options as:
I have a season ticket and travel to away games
I have a season ticket
I go to specific games
I'm Ian Royal.

Final answer, what would improve my matchgoing experience (other than winning):
Dai Yongge's head on a pole outside the ground.

I know that ours in not the richest club in the world but they could have offered the chance of winning something such as a free season ticket to encourage us to complete what was implied to be quite a lengthy survey.
Greater numbers provide a wider view of matters.

BTW I hate the expression "matchday experience"-it's a football match not a 5 course banquet or a holiday in the sun ffs.

+1

20mins of questions for a survey - fook that. They will only get a certain demographic to respond.

Having said that a prize wouldn't really entice me to respond as they'd want so much personal info

I enjoyed completing it, tbf. Our voices should be heard. I was very constructive, especially realising that there is noooooo money and the club nearly went out of business, but there are things that 'they' do need looking at.
