Re: An official thank you to the parking space crew.

Well done and good work to all that went, especially to Geekins who had a ticket to see Dara O'Brian in Pompey but gave up the opportunity to show his support.
Honestly though, great show by all involved, did the club a lot of good.

Re: Bring back the white shorts and proper hoops.

We dont really need an away kit as we are allowed to wear our home kit due to being in the Royal County. Everyone knows that, tho we choose not to take this up too often. Whoosh me if necessary, but that's an urban myth.          massive whoosh mat...

Re: Guardian Sport today

Fulham is a more evocative name than Reading, the (current) ground is more picturesque, they have a handful of ex-players that most football fans, and many non-fans, know. Reading's new ground and new fans are undoubtably a bit "plastic". And Ding as a town is more new-business/call centr...

Re: Shorey weighing up his options

it is thought the England international is waiting to see if Reading avoid relegation this season before making a decision on his future. Shame he's just waiting to see, rather than doing something about it on the pitch. And shouldn't "England international" read one-(two-?)cap wonder? He...

Dirk Gently 72nd out of the 92

SpaceCruiser in the 00's so far, we haven't finished below 10th in any division.

Stating the bleedin' obvious I know, but those two stats just show how much we owe Mr M and Parjudas/SSC. Especially when you look at what has happened to Oxford and Swindon over the same time!

Average league position

Dodd me if this has been done before, but can any stat-happy nobber tell me what Reading's average end-of-season league position has been since there have been four divisions? My feeling would be somewhere near the top of the third tier. This might be a way of showing newer fans just how lucky they ...
