Re: Play Simon Cox Please..............

Trouble is in that period Reading are playing at a far higher level. Developing players that walk into into a premiership team at are far and few. The issue is that Simon Cox for example should have been loaned out earlier, ie as soon as he was signed as a pro to a League 2 team. Then maybe he would...

Re: Play Simon Cox Please..............

Having seen Simon Cox play for Swindon 6 times this season, I haven't seen anything to suggest that he would make an impact at this level currently. He needs regular football to develop and get physically stronger. Even at League One level he gets muscled off the ball far too often. Has skill though...

To say Reading FC is in a shambles is utter tosh....... The club is in its by far its best state in its 137 year history. We may not see it for a while to come, but the investment in the club structure will pay dividends in the longer term. As a supporter I always say if a player doesnt want to play...

The 3 players you mentioned left cos Spurs had an excess of players in their first team squad. Looking at Spurs league position now you wonder of they made a big mistake.......... For all the grumblings we are still 13th in the table. I would be more concerned if I was a Bolton supporter, having los...

Why is spending £millions going to solve anything? Roy Keane has spent £30m+ on what? Overpriced Championship players........ The "Bigger Clubs" are now dominating the transfer market to such a degree the Premiership will ultimately become a league of 8 teams playing each other 4 times a...

£75 million wouldn't go far............ probably only far enough to condem us to 25 years in League 1 if the transfers didnt work out......

Once Wenger & Ferguson retire as managers, and Abramovich loses interest....... them Reading will be in pole position to take the crown.

Perhaps we should let the top 6 clubs in the premiership join a European super league. Even if this league has the best players in the world will it be enjoyable to watch? May be there's a danger that the teams will cancel each other out as no one will be able to afford to lose. How many supporters ...

If all season ticket holders renewed then said they wanted to move seats it would chaos. Why should you a get refund if you dont like the seat are allocated? Seems the club are offering a fair system that favours existing season ticket holders.

Walcott went past him numerous times with ease in the second half and luckily didn't have his shooting boots on

The young man has exceptional pace, I doubt that few centre backs in the premiership could keep up with him. Walcott is still unproven as a striker.
