I just think he has improved with virtually every game he has played this season so here's hoping the progression continues. (And just think where he came from - Brentford reserves less than 18 months ago for goodness sake...) I don't think anyone is questioning his improvement but as I say now, it...

If you cannot see an improvement in Hunt's game certainly from last year, you are blind. Where did I say that? I said that he has not convinced me yet that he can perform well enough at this level week in week out but on Saturday he was excellent. You may have noticed we are playing at a higher lev...

Re: Humble pie - one slice for everyone

Who slagged off S Hunt for not being a good enough footballer at this level. Sometimes players improve and get up to speed you know. He's not the best player in the League but he's not the worst, and he'll do a good job against most teams at most times... Tuck in lads. And sometimes players have th...

Regardless of what stage the game is at, a penalty is a penalty. Regardless of whether you are 3-0 up or 6-0 down, a penalty is a penalty. He didn't give it because, in his personal opinion, he didn't think it was a penalty. The majority of us obviously think otherwise because it was one of the mos...

willz_royal how do we get into the intertoto?

By being the highest finishing club (who haven't already qualified for a UEFA competition) of those that apply. I think you have to apply by the end of Jan.

If people want to dance en masse to Tom Hark, they're at the wrong event - We're talking Football matches here, not dancing events.. If that's how they wish to celebrate a goal then again so what! I could understand it more if the tannoy was playing TH at totally random points in the game and peopl...

Still no reason why we need goal music.. 6 pages and counting It was brought in when it was to try and remedy a peceived lack of atmosphere, people enjoyed it and joined in and as a result it became a permanent fixture. It is not needed but people enjoy it and chose to join in with the dance. If th...

The only reason people join in with the stupid song is because they are caught up in the excitment of a gaol being scored . Play that tune in the cold light of day and it just makes you want to chin someone . And? It is played at a time when people enjoy it and want to dance along to it, so let the...

Even our goals seem choreographed, it really is embarassing at times. Goal goes in, everyone's happy Then the drummer bangs his little drum so everyone can clap along READING der der der der Don't you realise how shit this looks and sounds??? Also that 'new' come on Reading chant the drummer feels ...

Skin
Stranded Now what exactly was the problem again apart from personal dislike of it.

*Immature mode on*

Its gayer than a gay man at a gay festival being gay.

*Immature mode off*

Could have at least written that in pink.

Now, I don’t join in with the TH dance and probably never will but I really don’t see the problem with it (I used to hate it, must have mellowed a bit). The fact is when a goal goes in, yes the crowd goes mental. Regardless of what you believe, this euphoria and in turn the noise level dies down...

We'v scored goals from all over the pitch again this season. Shoot me down if you want but, I can't say we're missing Kitson..... Didn't we score goals from all over the pitch last season? And, didn't Kitson chip in with the odd 20 himself :? Do you think we're better off without those 20 goals? HN...

We'v scored goals from all over the pitch again this season. Shoot me down if you want but, I can't say we're missing Kitson..... We're missing his ability to win the ball in the air and hold up play whilst others join the attack - our "possession" figures speak for themselves in that. Tr...

had to wait 45 minutes to get on a bus yesterday with some jerk singing behind me for the majority of that time. What was he singing? Not "Ooh Aah Steve Sidwell" I hope. No he kept saying 'why are we stranded here" and claiming his taxes had paid for the bus. I was nowhere near the b...

I can see where the club are coming from with this one. If we were in March/April and you had used 3 then they may have allowed one more to slide. But we've only had 6 home games which means the supposed holder of the ticket has missed half the games already. Will seem to them at least that someone ...
