Re: Classic Reading Ticket Fiascos

Arsenal away.
Our first season in the premiership, Our first trip to the Emirates Stadium . Yes the club took the full allocation, but they set the points far to low meaning many ST holders missed out. Phone lines were jammed and it was sold out by lunch time on the first day if I remember correctly.

Re: Bournemouth Away

I was told just under 370 tickets remain when I purchased mine today.
At this rate buy on the day will most likely be an option to RFC fans, as I do believe the game is not listed as an all-ticket fixture.

Re: BFTG - Blackpool

Bad day at the office all round. We were not at our best and a goalless draw would of been a fair result. To shoot ourselves in the foot the way we did is hard to take, and made the journey home most miserable! We just cant giving out these points to the opposition on a weekly basis, first Watford n...

Re: BFTG v QPR

MaCarthy 7 - no real issues with him as he keeper, his fast distribution to fullbacks and rolling the ball quickly out to midfield is encouraging, and much better than hoofing it up field. Only negative was when he went walkabout first half, allowing Bothroyd a free shot (lob) at goal. Mapps 8 - Sol...

Polish International Still available, open to sensible offers....

Can you not sell it back to the club and get refunded? That way it will be open to a bigger market of supporters than just this messege board and you wont be out of pocket!?

Re: Games switched for Sky TV

I can't see why Reading vs Sunderland won't be a interesting fixture for Sky, the way its going now that'll be a massive game. As its not live, Sky will have extended highlights on football first i suspect at around 10pm, at least that is what they did for our visit to Chelsea back in August as i s...

Re: Food and drinks in concourse

Unbelieveably slow service in South Stand today. Missed the start of the second half. The foof anf drink eventually obtained was sub-standard as well. Pizza had a strange taste and coffee was lukewarm after being stored in some sort of bucket device. Wouldn't be a problem if that cost £1.50 but to ...

Hoping this gets to the member card holders sale period, but not sure that will happen with a small allocation and being a 'local' game!

Re: Pathetic stewarding

Newcastle fan in the home end celebrates, the steward stands there and watches. Steward does nothing despite numerous calls for his ejection. Sort it out for oxf*rd sake. Was this in the South Stand? I was in R31 yesterday and noticed about a group of 6 georgies jump up and celebrate from within th...

The Real Sandhurst Royal The 1,500 WBA tickets instead of the normal 3,000 allocation taken up by RFC is a poor decision.

I cant agree wih you more. Really reasonable prices for premiership football and not that far to travel, 1500 seats i expect to be snapped up in a relatively short period of time.

Re: Supporters who grass

You know who you are. 1 woman who complained to the steward that certain Reading fans (the whole away end) weren't compiling with stadium rules. Then asking the stewards to remove them from the ground. There were one or two free seats at the bottom, but if you don't like it then why are you at away...

Re: Chelsea and Sunderland Away

Row 1 of lower tier :x thats annoying. i was seated in the lower tier row 1 last time we were at the bridge, each corner that lampard/joe cole/ballack took from infront of us away fans a handful of stewards decided to come and stand right infront of our view, and they didnt care care a toss about b...
