Re: Fans' Forum

The folk who run Star are the sort of people who stalk the players and management after the game and camp out by their cars just so that they can have a "conversation" with them... sad little individuals. As said before - Brian or any other manager for that matter would not attend or answe...

Re: Matt Mills

The booing only started after he stuck his finger up. FACT! Immature and very sensitive reaction from Matt. FACT! It was wrong of Matt to swear at the home fans - It isn't the first time he's received stick from fans and it's not going to be the last time either. He needs to get over it and man up ...

Re: BR Leaves Club

A relegation fight that was pretty obvious we would be in during SJM press conference at the end of last season where he used the infamous phrase of "cutting the cloth" which is basically a fannys way of saying "i'm not going to invest in this football club next season" You can't...

Re: BR Leaves Club

I personally want to wish Brendan luck & success in his next role.... I hope that whatever club he ends up at he has the full backing of his chairman and fans (something which he did not get with us) I personally was feeling quite positive about the way things were going and was looking forward...

Re: now i care

I want to like him because of his longstanding connections to the club and his obvious passion for us. But I can't because I think he's an arrogant prick with delusions of grandeur so far above his station it's laughable . Just added the bit you missed out Ian. I would be able to stomach the bullsh...

Re: now i care

I felt exactly the same Brendy... I was questioning whether I actually cared anymore as I felt I wasn't "connecting" with the team, but for some reason after the QPR game (!) I got quite defensive of Brendan and the team.

Re: How many games has Rogers got left?

This isn't from my usual reliable sopurces, so don't quote me, but apparently there was an emergency meeting held last night. Rodgers seen leaving the ground afterwards looking very drawn and lost. But don't quote me this time! The emergency board meeting happened midweek with BR present - FACT!! H...

Re: I ENJOYED that.

ha ha... I just Wiki'd Marcus Bent as I was unsure wh he plays for at the mo and came across this:

Bent has been relegated with four different clubs (with Crystal Palace, Ipswich, Leicester and Charlton).

He's cursed!!

Re: FAO Rodgers

What I learnt from last night is that a lot of Reading fans, not all, but particularly the ones sitting at the bottom of Y25/26 are just plain stupid. I do not see how anyone can support Rodgers. He has no record as a manager and the stats show he has done nothing for us. His supporters seemed to b...

Re: You don't know what you're doing?

I personally think the problem with Shane Long is that he's just not up for the fight...If Reading were flying high in the league I'm sure he'd be working harder to get into the team... he looks like he just doesn't care !! He's spent the vast majority of his RFC career in a successful side playing...

Re: Songs For Tonight

I can see me getting quite upset at tonights game if you lot start chanting moronic chants like that! I have a suggestion.... if you're not going to go and support the team just stay at home and watch it on the tv!! Isn't it funny how a lot of people on here were slamming the chairman a couple of we...

Re: PROTEST

Im looking forward to a good old fashioned protest. We haven't had one for 10 years, and the last proper one was at Elm Park after the Port Vale game. Are we all so reserved these days that the most we will do is just not bother going? Or maybe a half hearted "Rogders Out" (Whilst remaini...
