Was great to see Nicky Forster last night on the tv. What great goals he scored for the Royals.

Re: Gylf pledges his future to Reading

There is a reason the players are called ' servants of the club'.......they are commodities to be bought and sold by the owner as he sees fit. GS's market value for Reading is now as high as it will ever be so he leaves by July 1st. You read it here first.

Re: Gylf pledges his future to Reading

Pledges his future to Reading.......you must be kidding. His statement is just to let any buyer know that he would want to play not sit on the bench for long. The young man has advisers and will steer him to the best club that meets those criteria.........and it won't be Reading. I give it to July 1...

Re: Hammond staying

Nick Hammond was a lousy goalkeeper and is only staying as JM can't cope with a strong dynamic Director of Football. Equally he fits the job desciption of 'cheap yes man'.

Also confirms that JM has no desire to sell in spite of what he says to the contrary.

Season ticket prices

The reductions for next season are welcome but bear in mind it means very little cash will be available for new players. JM will be able to justify this by saying the team under BM would obviously have gone up if the Rodgers era had never happened. We will settle into a decade in the Championship .

Re: Play-off promotion push party!

Why does anyone want to get in to the playoffs anyway? We aren't good enough to win them, and if we did we'd have a horrific next season anyway. Agree 100%. The Play Offs are a joke and the biggest con in modern football. More sense talked here than you ever read in the Programme or on the Club web...

If only McDermott had thought of suggesting we keep it tight and don't concede any goals. The fool has now cost us a trip to Wembley.
