Re: Worst Points per game season since WWII

On a more positive note: This season we will finish third highest in our history.

106 points

As West Ham obliged us by not getting 3 points this evening,

our 106 points are safe for another season.

Re: Who should our next chairman be?

Everyone seems to be forgetting Berkshire's most famous resident...

... and what our nickname is...

... and is not thinking of the richest woman in the World.

Re: Sonko

As I see it, Sonko was a brilliant player for us for three reasons: He had the heart - he always gave everything he had. He was superbly athletic - that clearance which earned him the 'Superman' tag came from nowhere. He was closely mentored by Graeme Murty to make sure he was in the right place at ...

Re: Back from the game - Leicester (H)

And for everyone who was saying (around me anyway), that the ref was rubbish... thats a load of crap, he was strict at the start, set the tone for the game, played advantage well throughout the game. Except at the end when he blew for a free kick when Long was through on goal. Horrendous non-use of...

Re: play-offs?

1960 To put it simply: if we win our three games, Swansea lose both of theirs and Blackpool draw one and lose one we are there! Unlikely, but not impossible.

The odds for this happening are literally about 700-1 against.

Give it up guys - It ain't going to happen.

Re: play-offs?

Start thinking about play-offs if we win the next two.

After 6 more points we can afford to look up rather than down.

Woodcote Royal Perhaps just the simple 2 notes of an ambulance siren might be enough to wind up the "chosen one".....................

Now that is a good suggestion.

Not quite. Hunt, Hunt, wherever you may be We don't care if you dropped your knee It could have been Cech or Cudicini You should have brought a third goalie All this is quite wrong. You are implying that Hunt deliberately injured Pter Cech, when we know that is not the case. Anything we sing or cha...

memberservices@readingfc.com have just emailed me to say that they have done the linking for me. They say "This will allow you to purchase away games and home cup games on their behalf." - the people I was linking to are ST holders, so don't need home league game tickets. First rate servic...

You can't buy away tickets on line can you ? (It's been a while since last season and I've forgotten already !) Therefore linked registrations make no difference to away tickets. You can buy tickets for anyone on the phone or in person if you have their customer number, there is no need to be linke...

I had same problem week or so back. Club emailed me back saying it is a known problem which they don't know when it will be fixed. They did say they could link the registration manually if you sent them the details. Thanks for that. I have emailed the full details, so hopefully they can do the link...

Linked Registration

Linking your Customer Registration to someone else's allows you to buy tickets in their name. This will allow you to sit next to your mates/family at away games. Has anyone managed to get this link to work? When I tried, I just got two red exclamation marks. I know I entered the details correctly as...

woody61 Just thought - anyone else remember the old Reading anarchist mag of the same name?

No?

Just me then.

I remember - in fact I think I still have it at home.

I'll try to have it with me next time we meet in the pub.
