Re: old rfc shirts

Hi I am collecting rfc shirts. Does anyone have any pre 1994 shirts they would be willing to part with. I also am missing the black with red away kit from last season if anyone can let me know of how i can get this. Maybe. Some plastic doesn't want this after buying it to wear on a day outing at we...

Re: Safe-Standing petition

Saw on skysports news on Friday that a rugby league team (st Helens I think) were moving into a new purpose built stadium. I happen to notice in the report that behind the goals/posts (or whatever they call them) both 'stands' were seatless with standing barriers. This is a bowl stadium similar to o...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Not a fan of the all red, the black and red of last year was one of the best away kits we've had for ages IMHO You refer to the play-offs in 95 when you were a wee spunk bubble, yet you don't relate the the red away colours of that season? It was a tad Arsenal, but it was a nice kit. This seasons a...

Re: RUMOUR - Owen Hargreaves

Yep and he tries to look cool. Blokes a bit of a shambles really. You're the w@nker mate, if anyone is. No need for that....... I happen to be an accountant with an extremely unimpressive collection of baseball caps.......... a train-spotting estate agent is the pinnacle of cool as far as I'm conce...

Re: Doncaster Pitch Inspection

Could see him being a good replacement for modric if he goes to chelsea, or even gerrard at Liverpool, (gerrard at 34? Probably only have a couple more years of being prime, barring injuries) he's a much better attacking midfielder than Adam, is has youth on his side, gerrard could help 'tutor' him....

Re: Doncaster Pitch Inspection

Well. We got to m42, heard it was off and decided to try and get tickets for wba vs swans. Freezing cold sat near the front. (only place we could get tickets). Soon was warmed by the fact wba fans sat behind us in hearing distance, were making comments along the lines of "sigurdsson is the best...

Re: Attacking Stats

Are 'opta index' stats available to view on the web? As these generally tell the club and supporters what they want to know.

Re: New Chant?

Please don't sing this. Every other club sings it. Sounds shit. Why have you got to repeat the end of each verse a couple more times? Are we singing it because people are slightly deaf and didn't hear the first time, or are we a bunch of supporters with alzheimers??

Makes you really appreciate sir John madejski, and what he's done for the club, even though some of us have questioned his unwilling to spend.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

If rfc had any sense they would show part of the keepers kit today and part of the away tomoro. But I doubt they will, and stick with revealing the home kit.

Re: Doyle to Arsenal - sell on clause?

We were in the clockend. Kits missed an absolute sitter at 0-0 Due to our quality ticket office, this STH could not get a seat and ended up sitting in the North Bank... there were quite a few of us dotted around. I announced my alliegences to the surrounding Arse fans so they would not take offence...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

As long as it has hooped sleeves and full body hoops i'll be happy. Anyone got a link to a puma designed goalkeeper kit, as last year they were all the same colours and design throughout the football league.

http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj18/Kes1977/cardiffcopycopycopy.jpg That would actually be alright tbf the more i look at it the more i'd like it. it's reminiscent of the division 2 promotion shirt but for the stripes. Should have hooped sleeves too. Just a basic hooped kit would be good, like ...

Pure speculation but either wigan or villa may be on the look out, both are battling for al habsi, who ever loses out may well look at fed as I think he has a similar style to al habsi.

Re: Brighton (A) Moved

On another note, did anyone click on all news and see they have an under17 England international, of the name forster-caskey? Not knowing the full relationship of our ex players and wives, does this youngster have links with our two ex players? Pace and. Instinct of forster, and dead ball. and skill...

One of few away fixtures I was looking forward to, coupled with a weekend session, could of been great! The only hope is that a few fans will stay down there and make it awesome like Newcastle away (midweek). :D :D
