Re: An ode to Dave Kitson

floyd__streete With apologies to Ray Davies.

Good work! The original was great and from one of Britians finest.

Local Radio on DAB

Is it possible to get BBCRB on a DAB digital radio?

Mine only seems to have the national stations pre-tuned.

Still very fond of that badge!

Worse badge ever and a sad reflection of the times when Football Clubs jumped on the corporate logo bandwagon by ditching the traditions and history of much loved club badges.

How about at the next home game the Back the Boys team have a vote?

First, the crowd are asked to cheer if you want to keep it.

pause

Then, the crowd are asked to cheer if you want to lose it.

Loudest cheer wins.

Re: Coppell on Reading 207

RobRoyal Coppell confirmed tonight that he expects one more player to sign before the deadline, and that as far as he's concerned 'the deal is done'.

Which means there should be more news tomorrow!

He said similar on Sky Sports News.

We were always going to get caught one day and it is no surprise that a team we have played so often recently, would be the one. Thankfully it was not a match winning / losing situation. Did I read that the signal is something like "who's got the number 9?" Didn't see the Man Utd goal at ...

What if we went to an away ground and they player "Hi Ho Silver Lining" or "Delilah"? They're both naff songs, but because they mean something there they work. If they work, then fair point. Would still laugh, though. These types of songs sound better after a win, in my opinion.
