I hadn't noticed, the flurry of legalese across multiple sources, that the club have accepted moving reasonable funds into escrow. That seems positive. Ah, well that's actually rather fantastic. The sale to Platek is being held up by Couhig's spurious case. You can try all you like to spin this another way, but that's the case.
