I still cant get onto the online ticketing - anyone else had any trouble?

We put in 3 apps at the end of season in the ticket office box ..... no response at all so rang up and suprise suprise has lost application! Sorted it out then and there so if anyone has not heard and has around 100 points I would suggest ringing up/going in as as they seem to have lost numerous app...
