All ahead of him, so dream on.......

The only one of those I'd rate above him is Ashley Cole. Paul Konchesky is shit.

LOL. They're all proven Premiership players which is something Shorey isn't.

I look forward to the Ben Rice column on Tuesday to see his perspective.

Seriously though, it's good to see STAR backing up the views of all Reading fans.

Just got back. Poor match and some dissapointing performances from certain players but others had some good games. Special mention to Seol who looked lively and had great ability with both feet. Bryn had a fine game in midfield and playing the holding role excellently. Name and shame, who was good ...

bobby1413 I emailed bbc berkshire describing my dissappointment with the move. Why don't some of you do the same, show them that we are going to miss it. Even give 107fm an email telling them they are shiate.

Which email address did you use?

IMHO an absolutely outrageous decision, which no-one can support. A year ago, 107 decided to drop the football commentary because they wanted to "concentrate on being a music station" - but then, when we started to do well, it was all mysteriously resurrected without a word said about the absence.....

I really pleased the club have pulled their finger out on the discount issue. Giving STH a £5 voucher. The thing I'm not sure about is the collar. Would rather have discount on Season Tickets than merchandise. At the end of the day, you can't go to a match without a ticket but you can without a shi...

1 of the best compliments was from a Wolves fan who revealed we were the 1st side to actually take the game to them at Molineux that season and how impressive we were. They accepted we were a class above the rest which is always nice to hear.

Ever since we got promoted it was Sidwell and Hahnemann the main voices who moaned about the wages and bonuses. We've offered Sidwell a fantastic contract in terms of money and the faith has been placed in him over the years who is currently our vice captain and eventually when Murty leaves the natu...

Doesn't put me off but I've read on the Wolves OS that they've given they're AST holders advance warning and would think it makes common sense.

Surprised that we spent as much as the figure given but I back up the views already raised. For every prick of an agent, you get the good ones who do the club and player both a good job. The only recent transfer in the last few that I can think of that hasn't gone through because of an agent was Dav...

Re: Away Season Tickets (Again!)

STAR, Would you ask the club to publish the dates for when the money for each Away Game will be deducted for Away ST Holders so that people like me can ensure I have the right amount of money in my bank account and don't miss a payment. I think it is impossible to do so too far in advance as it wil...

Pre-season friendlies act quite well as a morale boost, if you really hit a team for six. I think there's a difference between facing Didcot to Middlesbrough. Besides, for Didcot they'll be facing Premiership opposition but at the same time they'll be just as happy if they avoid any injuries like us.

Re: Pre season friendlies

Why have we chosen to play non league and lower league sides as preparation for The Prem ? I know we are playing Feyenoord but everyone else is hardly worth turning up against except for fitness.. Bemused. What bollocks. The first test will be on the 19th August at 3pm. Friendlies aern't about winn...

How's it a joke? FWIW I have both but if given the choice I would much rather have an AST than a HST as you aern't surrounded by bunch of glory boys who have only started following us since Christmas. We have got around 700 so far and bearing in mind the smallest capacity is Portsmouth which is 2,00...

I hope Bobby takes the Prem by storm in the coming months so that this time next year he can take his pick from several offers that will dwarf anything a certain midfilder will probably accept next week. What? You hope Bobby leaves us next summer? Nooooo! Misunderstood the point. Should Bobby repro...

Big well done to Bobby Convey who has had a rollercoaster ride since his move. He struggled at first and had to win over SC and the fans but credit where it's due, it would have been easy last season to not start pre season training with the rest of the 1st team squad and played for the US instead b...

Allocate Away Tickets on previous away games atteneded. Simple. Many other clubs use this method and seems to work fine.
