Re: West Ham Predictions

To say im nervous about this would be an understatement. If we score early they will be there for the taking and we will open them up like a tin of beans. Part of me is hoping they win against posh to get this drawing hoodoo off their backs. As we all no they are a big club that deserve to go up etc...

Re: Federici - the best keeper in the Championship?

Football League player of the month for Feb Jason Roberts just tweeted congratulations for feds and mcdermott winning the player and manager of the month. He has since deleted the tweet, guess the club didnt want it to ruin the official anouncement tomorrow. Much deserved though. By far the bet kee...

Re: North Stand - a heartfelt plea from a fellow fan

I'm surprised pea. That's a bit nieve I'm afraid. It's much, much easier to control home fans than away fans. Do I need to give a reason? You think it's acceptable to swear in what is known as the "family" stand............Or anywhere for that matter? I've seen many fans (especially women...

Re: North Stand - a heartfelt plea from a fellow fan

I too will sing my heart out if it gets going in the North but be aware. The other week, I was surrounded by 3 stewards after leaving the toilet and told I had been swearing and I had complaints made about me ( I was with my 7 year old son!!). You keep gesturing and all sorts he said and this is yo...

Re: Ultra Dreadful

Even the club are supporting the 'ultra' song. The official Reading FC twitter feed have just tweeted a link to a you tube video of fans singing it at Millwall.

Re: Ultra Dreadful

bubblesgate was a bit silly, quickly realised by everyone involved, however im sure was only done in jest to infuriate even further the pathetic no marks in the Millwall end. (most easily wound up group of adults i have ever witnessed) Funniest moment had to be the sudden realisation that madejski i...

Re: McDermott - Wolves

Jonny Fordham reporting McDermott has met with wolves! Should we worry? Think you've answered your own question there, Bill. Not a reliable source I no! However I hope the club (or McDermott) are quick to put the rumour to bed! You would try and poach someone else's manager if Steve Bruce was your ...

Re: McDermott - Wolves

Could McDermott become the new McGhee/Pardew? Would be crazy in my opinion. What makes wolves a more desirable job than Reading at the moment?

Re: Joseph Mills

Wouldnt of been overjoyed if we had got Bridge anyway. Laughable loan spell at West Sham last year. was probably more a statement of intent than anything.

Would rather have a raw talen like Mills who isnt here for the pay cheque.

Re: Joseph Mills

Harte was invaluable last season (goals scored) but has done nothing this season. Griffin has even proved to be better option at left back. Mills can definitely improve but he would be my preffered option. Much more mobile than the two OAP's.
