Re: RUMOUR - Thomas Ince

Not only would it be a huge gamble due to his lack of PL experience, if we go down recuperating such a big fee will be near impossible . Getting the likes of Sidwell, Crouch and Danny Graham for £8M would ...

Re: RUMOUR - Thomas Ince

It's much more along the lines of improved first team opportunites than the word guaranteed but lets be honest given the midfield we currently have and this players ability it pretty much will mean the same thing providing he plays anything near his current form. More interestingly I think there are...

Re: Rumour - Nick Blackman

He seemed to be playing as an attacking midfielder on Sat rather than and out and out forward, wasnt he also taking their corners? I wouldnt see this as a bad signing if it were more than rumour as i thought his off the ball runs and deliveries into the box stood out and he looked a threat just lack...

Re: The Great Escape

Clearly not a great tool for the assesment of a footballers talent however initial thoughts after looking at a few youtube vids on this guy are pretty decent. Seems really cool under pressure and doesnt just panic hoof it, some of the passes he makes from defence are with great vision regardless of ...

Factor in travel costs and the amount of booze required to erase the nightmares of the 90 mins from your mind and it's more like double/tripple that.

Re: Reading v WBA - Match thread sponsored by "Sean" Long

no more than we deserve.. in fact we actually deserve to be at least 1 or 2 more down.

This was a team that was beatable with their injuries, utter dross selection, tactics, work rate and effort.
