Re: Reading vs Cork City

Harry Carry why would anyone want to watch a game with Cork City? They're 5hit.

You obviously haven't a clue what you're talking about.

Any updates on this?

Re: Reading vs Cork City

Matt de K 11th March?? Has anyone seen the fixture list for "around" that date??? .

I guess it'll be the reserves playing them then.

We have fixtures around that date too, so I can only assume it'll be our reserves also. I can't understand this.

On a funny (in hindsight) note, about 4 (maybe 5) years ago, Benno scored one of the most spectacular OG's in history to knock us out of the FAI Cup against arch-rivals Shamrock Rovers. He managed to lob his own keeper from the half way line. To this day I still can't believe it. Benno is a super pl...

Doyle won't get 20 league goals while at Reading. Even Rooney, Berbatov, Van Persie etc don't get 20 league goals. Drogba only just got 20 this season. You simply can't make that comparison. IMO Doyle is an out-and-out striker, whereas Rooney and Van Persie are not. So I'd expect Doyle to get more ...

brendywendy anyone see the game?

how did bennett play?

Looked sluggish to start, but didn't put a foot wrong and he grew into to game. Nearly scored with a header with a few minutes to go. Ecuador's goal was Bruce's fault as Bennett held the line and Kadieves very well!

Very friendly fans too! You sure? Do you think it'll be safe walking around Cork wearing colours? Safer with or without Doyle on the back ( the printed name not the person )? I wonder if STAR have any plans to organise travel and accommodation. You'll have no problems at all wearing Reading colours...
