Re: MATCHWATCH : Peterborough United (a)

Mid Sussex Royal Have they got undersoil heating? I'm 40 miles from Peterborough and it's been sub zero day and night since Monday.

Location royals who no longer live in stated location.

Turns out it wasn't as integral to your identity as you once envisaged I guess.

Re: Hospitality

High prices, small portions and no free wine, sounds great :? Yeh I'm gonna stick my neck out here and say it's probably not your thing, champ. What are the good steakhouses in Reading these days? Not lived in the area for decades m8 so I don’t know, it doesn’t have to be steak just not Nuvo cuisin...

Re: Hospitality

And you pay the appropriate price for it. The target market for this level of hospitality won't want to pay that sort of price. Looking at the prices this season, I think they already are. Prices have gone through the roof since we last bought tickets for hospitality (even allowing for inflation) a...

Would you prefer novo cuisine to steak and chips m33

I love a steak too but in a fine dining setting, if indeed this purports to be that, then yes absolutely.

"Portions a bit too small" - yeh it's not all you can eat buffet lads.

Jackson Corner The 106 is good my only complaint is the food whilst excellent our rather small portions. It’s a bit novo cuisine, personally l would rather a good old steak and chips!

Re: #SellBeforeWeDai Action/Inaction Group

Sadly, this is all such a mess that further protest seems utterly pointless. Dai wants to sell because he needs money, but can’t because he’s gambled away £50 million of the bank’s money. The Chinese bank want their money back but no one in their right mind is going to give Dai £30 million and pay ...

Re: FA Cup 1st round draw Monday 14th October

Fleetwood at home is alright. Losing replays is a bit sad. Yes, much prefer winning them. Isn't this the one where the FA and PL agreed to scrap them but the FL never said anything to its members until the FA announced it? Personally it's ******* ludicrous that the FA agreed to this just because ab...

Biscuit goalie MK V Dons! What were the chances

39-1

79-1, surely.

MK might even have more home fans for that one than we will for Fleetwood.

Yes would need to see Dirks working there. Are we including Dons vs MK?

Re the fans - don't they still boycott it?

Re: MATCHWATCH : Cheltenham Town (a)

There’s been heavy, persistent rain in Cheltenham since late morning. No sign of a pitch inspection yet, but keep your eye on the social media if you’re travelling. Games already off at Stourport, Wallingford & Crowmarsh and Evesham. Altogether more amateur outfits perhaps but does confirm the ...

They aren’t Oxfordshire teams. They are from the historic county of Berkshire and have probably played in the B&B for decades. The B&B FA are based in Abingdon…..there remit covers not only B&B but also South Oxfordshire and the Vale of the White Horse. Bit like the England cricket team...

Anyone else braving the 1am train home? Why are trains in this country so pathetic. Haven't a clue how to do this: Drive 2 hrs 40, no beers. Star bus - leave 2pm to get down there. Won't be home until God knows when. Train - not home until gone 4am for the hefty sum of £200odd. Do you expect there ...
