Federici - 8 Gunter - 6 Gorkks - 4 Pearce - 4 Kelly - 4 Guthrie - 5 Taylor - 5 Obita - 5 Blackman - 7 McCleary - 4 ALF - 4 Drenthe - 6 Williams - 6 Pogrebynak - N/A LOL at the idiots fighting at half time and subsequently getting chucked out. The others who ripped seats up and chucked them at an ol...

Re: BFTG - Brighton

How was Fedders today? Bit of praise on the radio for him saying his distribution was excellent. I do feel that a lot of our problems are caused by our back 5 trying to play it out from the back and no-one is clearly comfortable on the ball. Right footed left backs who aren't comfortable with the b...

Re: Nick Blackman Appreciation Thread

winchester_royal The one shining light of the first half. The only player to look like making something happen.

Re: BFTG - Brighton

Kelly was embarrassing today. Blackman was the only player to do anything in the first half, had a few runs at the Brighton defenders, although he did a couple of shocking passes. He should be ahead of McCleary, who at the moment, is going through a shocking run of form. Cannot see this run of form ...

Re: The Adkins Sack/Resignation Countdown Thread

If he did go who would be the alternative? Whilst I'm running out of patience a little bit I'm still not sure there is anyone out there any better than what we have. Just wish we could see a little more progress that's all. I hear that the guy they have a Leeds is good at getting the most out of re...

Re: Leicester Match Thread - Sponsored by Coppell's coat

From the OS : "In the second half we had a goal disallowed, an effort cleared off the line and forced Kaspar Schmeichel into a key save, among others. " Strange how none of this was reported during the text commentary, or indeed on HNA?! Are the Press Association that bad they miss 3 key ...

He really hates Adkins. It's emitting toxic fumes through the radio haha. Jesus Christ man listen to yourself. Grow up!

After the subs he almost wanted us to lose or draw so he could have a go at Adkins

Re: BFTG QPR

I have only seen it live so I must have missed that. Annoying how teams out players in the wall to shove others out of the way. Surprised that doing that is not seen as a foul. Surely it can't be seen as a foul because the shove out of the way happens before the ball re-enters play :| Refs stop pus...

Re: BFTG QPR

The wall for the free kick was set up all wrong - it wasn't lined up properly and Alex had positioned himself so that he couldn't see the ball until it was too late. None of that was Gunter's fault. McCarthy was to blame for a shocking wall, although he would have gotten away with it if Gunter had ...

Re: BFTG QPR

Ian Royal I like all the criticism of McCarthy and Gunter for the goal. If Gorkss hadn't lunged like a total clown it wouldn't have been an issue.

I agree that it was a stupid challenge, but McCarthy and Gunter should have done better.

Re: BFTG QPR

Fair result. I thought HRK and Pog linked well today. Don't understand why the substitutions were made so late. Hope Guthrie's injury is not serious.
Also, we are so bad at Throw ins. We cannot create space when we have a throw, and fail to mark players when the opposition have a throw.

Re: Back from the game as soon as SWFC

Did he really make a comment about there not being many Reading fans at the game, as if that some how contributed to us getting dicked by a previously winless team? "Listen, a 5-2 scoreline is not good for anyone and I'm not hiding behind anything. It's unfortunate for the supporters who trave...

Re: Brian: The right decision?

Nothing under McD's 3 years in charge compares with the two thrashing above which Adkins has chalked up in 7 underwhelming months. Stevanage in the fa cup 4-0 up, then lose 7-5 v Arsenal 3rd XI (at home) 2-0 up v Sheffield united, who were relegated, and lost 3-2 (at home) Also a heavy defeat at Pl...

Re: Brian: The right decision?

To call the Adkins regime embarrassing is just stupid. [League 1] Peterborough 6-0 Reading [containing several internationals] - embarrassing [Bottom of the league, winless] Sheffield Wednesday 5-2 Reading - embarrassing "We want to be Champions.....our aim is 21 clean sheets and 100 goals&quo...

Re: Brian: The right decision?

Coward?  just because I disagree with you, you call me a coward? Great logic there. Adkins was on target to stay up, which would have been a good first season back in the premiership. Rubbishing Brian is cowardly, particularly when simultaneously bigging up Adkins. Adkins regime at Readi...

Re: Brian: The right decision?

Because McD failed in the prem, and Adkins had lost 2 of the last 12 before getting sacked from Saints. Why can't people accept it was the right decision :| Because it wasn't. Look how much Saints have improved exponentially since sacking Adkins (a decision which - admittedly - looked crazy at the ...
