Re: Khalifa Cisse

Cisse can be a bit hit and miss. If you look at our three best away performances in 08-09 (as in the 4-1 win at Bristol City, 3-0 win at Wolves, 3-1 win at Birmingham) the one thing they have in common was Cisse playing a blinder. Last season I would've definitely said our best midfield involved hi...

Re: F.A.O Marcus Hahnemann

Alan Partridge What's he supposed to do? Would you honestly throw a ball at Rosenior? The only thing I'd thorw at him is a grenade.
or roll it to Doobs and Pearce? who will then..........hoof it at Shane Long.

Re: back...

I hope Sir Steve doesn't blame internationals for this farce - I don't know why Doyle didn't feature at all, maybe he's taken a knock. But, yet again, the team we put out today was an embarrassment. Oh dear!!! I think over the course of the last two years there have probably been 10 or 11 internati...

The 17 Bus Top Prem season was when Taylor Shaka and Osborne were all up there after moving on from us.

They were never in the premier league at the same time. QPR were relegated in 1996, whilst Leicester were promoted that year.

Smoking Kills Dancing Doe Sidwell is responsible for us being a better team. I think Harper's technically better than Sid, but no one is saying he's a better player.

Harper is a better player than Sidwell.

Coppelled Streets It is expensive, and will in my opinion result in only about half the tickets being sold.

Coppelled Streets They know they'll be a near sell out

You seem a bit confused, one minute half the tickets sold, then all of them.

Ok, apologies - my supposition was wrong. Unless, of course, it's all part of an internal accounting exercise, where they're doing the bookkeeping as if everyone has paid in installments and doing transfers from a holding account every six months. Alternatively, in order to make the installments sy...

There was a bloke at Didcot game who said worked at the place that makes them, and confirmed that the shirts are indeed blue and white hoops  This is a definite first...was that you Harold? Incidently he had no explanation for the atrocious Rhubarb and Custard away strip. Last seasons shirts...

Away Shirt Arrived

The Premiership Sleeve badges have changed to patches that you have to apply yourself and were not included with my shirt, despite the letter attached claiming they were included. Also, according to the letter with the shirt, the Feyenord match is on July 12th. Mentions the home kit, but nothing abo...
