Biggest ever Royal game?

How does the magnitude of Monday compare with other big days of our recent past? With the 90M prize at stake id rank this higher than the Leicester and Derby games in 06, and in terms of days out it already outshines the Walsall final, however being too young to have gone to Wembley for the Bolton g...

Re: Anyone else think it's too close to call!!!

My head says Reading due to the incredible run we went on after xmas and the confidence in the squad after beating Cardiff so convincingly.

But my heart reminds me that im a Reading fan and shouldnt really get my hopes up and to just enjoy it while it lasts :D

Y25 is the best in my opinion, still plenty of atmosphere and no 12 year olds trying to give it large

Re: Robin Friday's memorial tree

Was speaking to a Cardiff fan I know and I reminded him that it will 20 years in December since Robin died. I suggested that we should try and get something organised for when the teams meet at the madhouse as he was voted player of millennium at both clubs. The club probably won't want to know, bu...

Re: McDermott's other game in charge

What is it with this pessimism about the Bristol game now? All the teams I've seen play who'd just lost their managers ended up playing a blinder and winning. Something to do with trying to impress, so I'm told. Ahh but we're not most teams....we're Reading  But on an optimistic note...we can...

Re: Only 9 games ffs!

erm.....I doubt it matters who is in charge now. We are relegation fodder with this current line-up. Its not the team selection thats "relegation fodder" its the tactis. Hit and hope hoof balls from defence will only end with league 1 football next season. SORT IT OUT OR GET OUT RODGERS

Re: 4-4-2 or 4-3-3

We'll be fine playing 4-3-3 when we've signed the players we're after, Marek's included and we've sent Kebe back to the circus where he belongs. So we need to sign more players to fit the new system that our current players can't? Is that why we're selling all our experienced players? No we're doin...

Re: 4-4-2 or 4-3-3

Always been a fan of 3-4-3. Having watched the last two games it just dont look like we're going to score going forward, we need a proven striker that can hold the ball up and play it to the wingers (assuming thay can put a decent cross in), that doesnt seem to be happening.
