Re: South Africa's goal celebration

I'd like to think this could work for us - but who'd want to shag someone from Whitley?

Re: Standing up

I have always backed the introduction of a safe standing area. I think the club should seriously look in allowing Y25/26 to become a standing only block. They can look into all they like, you have to convince the FA first. Actually it's the government who need to change the legislation covering the...

Re: Standing up

I can't see the problem with them standing - I'm all for it.

Sounds like our stewards are being a bit more lenient too in Y26, I've seen a lot of standing over there this season, so can't complain that it's unfair.

Re: 'spurs are on the way to wembley...

I'd love it if Pompey held on to win this now. Why 1. Because I feel sorry for their fans and they deserve something to cheer about at least 2. It'll shut Frimmers up. You want to try livng surrounded by the gobby twats. I hate Portsmouth. I hate that they fcuked up their club but are still going s...

Re: No more music after goals please

And while they are not actively telling us how to behave when a goal is scored, I'm sure they are quite happy to give full co-operation with the latest approach, after all it's not hurting anyone. But it's just so Americanised, and sanitary. It really detracts from the fun and passion for me.

Re: No more music after goals please

^ This is the way I see it. Now most of the crowd seem to wait for the music as their cue to celebrate. Yes there's an initial cheer as the goal is scored, but it all whimpers off and I'm left standing there on my own while everyone else is doing the 'arm actions' in a uniform manner...give me an aw...

My sympathy has suddenly run out. Portsmouth supporters taking the piss out of us: http://www.pompeyonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56037 The bloke who runs that website sits directly behind me at work.
