As in through - I mean in a queue . Can anyone advise how long it takes to get through to a real person?

How many phone lines do you think they have? 2 or 3? Seriously - people have been costantly redialling for 2 hours and still not getting through!

So -wanted 12 tickets all together. Could only buy 6 in one go, so got those and thought to myself - i'll lo back in with another ST and get hte other 6 in the same row or close by.
