Re: Free coach travel to Man City

This an extract from the Act. Even if it is a private hire minibus( PSV) and is going to a designated sporting event, you are liable to prosectution if stopped and caught with alcohol on board. A friend ( non drinking) drove for a group to the Chelsea game, one of them was daft enough to get off the...

Re: Season Tick Renewal - What's Going On!

It must be wonderful to be as all knowing as you, however the offer is still open if you think things need changing rather than sit on here so smug and self satisfied do something about it try and change things from within. How do you know people don't though? If I feel strongly enough I make a poi...

Re: Season Tick Renewal - What's Going On!

Sorry to disappoint you, but had we have been given the opportunity we would have strongly argued against it, not that I am holding my breath that you will believe that, because that would truly screw up the preferred perception by some that we will rubber stamp anything the club chooses to do.

Re: Season Tick Renewal - What's Going On!

It's a shame that the club chose not to engage them on this issue but I suspect that they could have anticipated STAR's response.

Re: Season Tick Renewal - What's Going On!

Leave furniture out of this please unless you are referring to all the armchair generals on here who have a lot to say but do not convert that into action, join STAR, change it, if you feel it needs it, we are not as tame as you think but we could always do with new blood, new ideas and new percepti...

Re: Season Tick Renewal - What's Going On!

Sarah, do you give lessons in stakeholder management? I can see a great new career for you here..... The football club might well have had an idea of what STHs feel on the subject, but then apparently all their research indicates that this move is going to get better renewal rates so perhaps it's n...

Coming from a profession where dishonourable, disreputable, irresponsible and sensationalistic is commonplace, Piers Morgans comments are somewhat rich. Very few journalists in my opinion can be applauded for impartial, objective, fair or even truthful reporting. There have been many occasions when re...

Re: Dissapointed- The goal that Never was.

I think we still have a chance to show that Reading FC and Reading supporters have a sense of fair play. We have a home game against Watford in January and I think we should allow them to score a goal from the kick off. After all, the assistant referee's error gave an incorrect away goal not a home...
