Cookie I'd go for eleven Andre Bikeys myself, but I'm not sure how to decide on the captaincy.

Give it to Bikey. Simple.

Can i just say: USA USA USA USA! In Marcus' book he said one of his best attributes was his kicking. Just a side note he also set up our goal last week verses Boro where a punt up the park was nodded on by Doyle to Kitson who finished off with that lob. I like Marcus and he adores us the fans also....

Re: Hunt. Why?

1960 Dodd me all you like, but I can't find it anywhere. Why did Hunt take the penalty? Nicely placed, although I think Reina might have got it if he had gone the right way, as it wasn't that hard. But where were Kitson and Doyle? Did they bottle it?

Stephen Hunt - Hunt - Hunt. :D :D :D :D :D

Oh and Murty's timing was superb in preventing Sonko getting a black-eye. (which he will realise he deserved when he watches the VT of his performance) You are having a laugh! That would have been a complete mismatch! Bugner v Ali. Chocolate brownie gorging USA v muscle pack Sonko. The only way the...

The Sun was in wind-up mode today. That article was soo simplistic and designed to exaggerate what little Steve Coppell had said to another newspaper.

The edits on Match of the Day probably flattered us but . . . I think Kitson was unlucky not to have had a hat-trick. Doyle played a perfect supporting foil You could hear the crowd cheer when Hunty darted into their box from the right early on. (And let's not forget he was playing out of position) ...

Re: Today's back from the game over-reaction thread.

I'm disappointed with today's defeat. Dire first half from both teams and perhaps we were fortunate not to be behind. I honestly thought that Kitson's goal would spur us on to another goal but we sat back immediately and rarely looked like threatening the Middlesborough goal. I'm trying to draw pos...

Eleven Stephen Hunts

In his Match Of The Day interview Steve Coppell said he wouldn't mind ELEVEN Stephen Hunts in his team.

This probably says more about Coppell than it does about Hunt. :)

There was some discussion a few months ago about the legalities of watching non-Sky/Setanta broadcasts in pubs. At last it looks like this is going to come to court, which is what Sky and the PL have been shi*t-scared of for a while. If they lose, expect the value of TV contracts to decrease - and ...

Anything from 45 onwards would be OK at home. Perhaps it would convince Coppell to give Leroy a start and perhaps it would kick-start his season and perhaps we'd progress to the next round. Meanwhile you can't help believing thet any of those teams will be crestfallen to draw a Premier club only for...

sawyers left arm Had the accounts through today and we made a net profit of 6.5 million. More interesting was the turnover went from 17.7 million to 49 million, amazing what a year in the premiership does!!!!!!

Hey SLA Give us the whole story, to which accounting period does this apply? :)
