What are peoples views on him becoming the next Manager?

Personally i would be pretty pissed off. I see nothing in his resume to suggest he would be a good appointment and it does have a look of “I will get him out of the door and take the job myself” about it.

Is this good enough? Was it ever good enough for the EFL?
IMHO no...

Gomes doesnt know his best team, style of play or how to defend, not ideal is it ! His record before he came here wasnt great and he has short stays at a few clubs on his CV. He was worth a punt i guess but right now it looks a gamble that isnt paying off. Im convinced this squad is much better than...

Interested to see what size they go up to and if they are real sizes...

If we can recoup most of last year's McNulty fee and get Gunter's wages off our books, surely that gives us a little more wiggle room to bring in midfielders and attacking options? I actually back those at the top of hierarchy to pull a few good signings out; probably people we're not guessing yet....
