Re: MATCHWATCH : Shrewsbury Town (a)

Sam Hutchinson interview is going to be a corker when it’s released by the sound of things :popcorn.jif: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0gnfjjt?partner=uk.co.bbc&origin=share-mobile it starts at around 32.30. it is a corker. perhaps slightly damaging but i also appreciate his honesty and pa...

Re: Where do we go now?

One things for sure, it'll be a long road back falling into the lower leagues. No disrespect to those teams but not many people will turn up for fixtures against minnow clubs like Cheltenham, Tranmere, Forest Green, Cambridge, Accrington, Shrewsbury, Morecambe and Fleetwood. Might be fun being in t...

Re: BFTG - Peterborough

Think TDB has been a bit unlucky to become Pauno’s latest scapegoat and only good for 5-10 mins at the end He is a bit average but he’ll give you energy and a bit of pace - would have brought him on much earlier - even ht last night Agree..as we have learnt pauno very very rarely makes early subs. ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Peterborough United (a)

windermereROYAL I get the feeling the majority of these players can`t wait till May and pursue careers elsewhere. leaving behind the wreckage of used to be a well run Reading football club.

And behaviour like that abuse just makes them feel this way even more

Wow, no one can say anything on this forum without it descending into bickering. You have all been talking to each other for far too long, like old married couples

Re: BFTG QPR (a)

Yeh, just to be clear I'm fully behind getting rid of him and the new manager bounce alone should keep us up. I've felt like that since Derby. Trouble is if he doesn't get sacked, what do we do? The general shoulder shrug and acceptance of our situation means nothing will change. Happy to lead some...

Re: BFTG QPR (a)

Yes the anri pauno chants only really started around 60 mins +. Apathy is the word for it...felt like everyone was thinking "as long as its not as bad as fulham its ok " Away fansstarted to get more frustrated before the end but no real anger,I think most were resigned to this outcome. Als...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

There were two banners today in 1871, the "official" one nearer the back and someone's bedsheets at the front. Hope that keeps you happy Personally I think it would be better if pauno leaves but I don't express this in the stadium, as he probably won't leave and I think that going on about...

Re: Pauno in or out Mk3

I have been pauno in up until the past two weeks. Now i think our only chance of staying up is to change our tactics, and pauno doesn't seem willing to do that. Therefore, I am reluctantly pauno out, but I won't be booing him or singing sacked on the morning, whilst he is still our manager I will su...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (h)

Danny Drinkwater is going well under the blame radar. He's fcuking atrocious and doesn't give a single toss. Him and swift have been awful since Christmas. They are the ones that are supposed to link up our attacking play buy all they are doing is slowing it down or going sideways. Both have no exc...

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

Club1871 have been abysmal and pathetic lately No noise against Derby Abuse by the wannabe hooligans Sex offender chants at mitrovic But they still think they are getting behind the club  :  Over to you Club1871... 1. No drummer against Derby so 1871 really struggled, they have got used ...

Re: BFTG Hull (H)

Yup agree carrol has had a massive impact that is clear to see during the last 3/4 games felt we could have done better today and probably deserved a win but we were wasteful with the chances we got. Yes we all know the ref was poor but Carroll goal against Swansea was offside..it comes and it goes ...

Re: BFTG - Forest

And credit to TDB(?) for dragging the near post defender away to make space for Swift's ball in and to a lesser degree Carroll for blocking his defender. A good set piece ... looks like they'd been working on it. Definitely planned...not sure if it was tdb or yiadom but just before I noticed him te...

Re: BFTG - Forest

Lastly the goal-credit to Swift for playing a double bluff with everybody expecting a cross with Carroll in the box. Even if not at his best yesterday he is still the one with vision and we are going to miss him. And credit to TDB(?) for dragging the near post defender away to make space for Swift'...

I've heard under good authority that club1871 have installed microphones and amplifiers to enhance the sound to make it appear to the other fans, owners and TV that it is a rip roaring success and makes alot of noise . It isn't hard to adjust the sound feed of a camera or even have a member ...

Re: BFTG Blackpool.

Honestly the problem for me was the midfielders. Our defence was fine we could just never win the second ball, or when we did we would dwell on it too much. So whoever we had up front no one stood a chance. Midfield just looked exhausted and scared of giving the ball away..which made them dwell in i...
