Re: Khalifa Cisse

on his day cisse can still be a top player. i'll never forget that home game against man u when he marked rooney out of the game playing at centre back.
definately worth keeping.

Re: Back from the Game - Crystal Palace

thought we were a bit unlucky to lose. federici at fault for a couple of the goals. the first one i thought was equally bertrands fault as he showed the player inside when he picked it up and everyone knows you should show the player down the line. it was dissapointing to concede two goals on the st...

Re: Possible Loanee Targets?

possibly someone like danny welbeck or mecheda from man u if they were willing to let him go out on loan for a season  I don't think so. im not saying they would want to let either of them go but if they came to us they would probally be garunteed first team football and get them more first t...

Re: Squad for Sweden

i agree that we may need a defender in before the season starts (experienced or not). i am unshore on this but is sol campbell available. he would be a great additon to the squad and would bring in plenty of experience. i dont know if he would come to us but if we could get him i think that would be...

Re: who do you want as our next manager?

It won't make any difference if Harry Rednapp was manager,if JM is still here we won't invest ,we won't have the desire,The man at the top doesn't want it;open your eyes the rot is at the top.

Re: Mooney

His stats are fine, thank-you

Long 11 starts, 26 sub appearances. Minutes on the pitch = 17 full games = 9 goals

Kitson (4.7 Million") 9 starts, plus one as sub = 2 goals[/quote]

have to agree. long is far better than kitosn at the moment

Re: Atmosphere on Sunday

Perhaps we should do as Norwich did to our supporters last night;force them to sit and therefore reduce the effectiveness of their support. When I asked why this rule didn't apply to their home fans ,the chief steward told me he was "under orders to keep our fans quiet" and not bother abou...

Re: Team for Norwich

it has to be the same team as against derby but with armstrong in for harding. not that harding did anything wrong but armstrong will probally know the team better and how they play so i would go with him.

Re: "Unforgiveably awful"

Sun Tzu I just heard a Blackpool fan on 606 say we were a very good footballing side and possibly the best team they've played this season.....

i've heard this so many times and yet some how we still seem to have fallen right out of contention for the play offs.

Re: Yellow Cards.....

Armstrong is superb, goes about his business, close to my man of the season +1 Man of the match on Saturday (for us) A player who clearly wanted and tried to play proper passing football - short, quick passing and good movement off the ball. If only we had a few more! 'greed. player of the season s...

Re: Team for Forest

i beleive it may be a 4-3-3 or a 3-4-3. i think this because usually when the reserves team is picked the two strikers not playin on saturday will be picked in the reserves. however only long has been picked so i think he may start with lita NHunt and Doyle.
