Anyone else get the feeling Dai is just dragging this out until 23:01 on the 30th as one last F U?

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

I'm also bemused as to how Wycombe could make it work financially, it's worth 3 times as much as the club. Given the limitations on use. I wonder if they planned to rent it out as event space in the summer. Certainly under UEFA FFP rules money spent on infrastructure, youth development or training ...

Never thought I'd say this but if he puts up the cash and we survive I'd take him.

Even if we then have to start the #SaveReadingFromHorrorStorey campaign

Re: Wycombe will be culpable.

READING WANDERERS or WYCOMBE ROYALS if only Robert Maxwell was alive to see it. Very sad news, and I agree, Wycombe are stealing from the grave. As for it offering us a lifeline I suspect that lifeline will last as long as it takes to transfer the money to China, a process I'm sure will be easier th...

Re: Rival Watch

YorkshireRoyal99 Not the worst result in the world for us all things considered, 3 points today and we are out of the bottom 3.
given our dominant away performances this year that's surely 3 points in the bag

Of the players we've brought in so far - Lumley was know to Bowen from their days together at QPR, Tom Ince is the manager's son and Bouzanis is friends with Tom Ince. Perhaps we've got a recommend-a-friend system in operation at the moment, which actually may work out to be quite a shrewd way of r...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Preston North End (a)

10 shots, 9 on target.

Have we had 9 on target in the rest of 2022?

We'll be offering Pauno a new contract tonight judging by our owners past record

Re: Relegation

Set up not to get beat against the fake hoops. A clear defensive plan with an organised back 4 with the midfield going back to the start of last season please. I would bite the hand off for a 0-0. Build and tweak against posh for a win. Back to dogged defending against Fulham. I think i would even ...

Since joining Liverpool in 2012 she's played 205 games and scored 124 goals.

I'm hoping it was Paunović and not Chambers who signed her!

Re: Most important player ever?

The single most important player i can remember in a single season (well, half a season) is Jason Roberts. The difference he made when joining us in January 2012 was instrumental (IMHO) in getting us promoted as Champions that season. We were doing ok that season, but a debut goal and win catapulted...

Re: January window

Joao is obviously brilliant and very integral to how we play, but if someone is offering £25m, I'm snapping their hand off and taking that shit to the bank. Same Puscas has improved, we've still got Meite, Olise, Ejaria etc chipping in and creating. We could easily bank £10m, find a replacement for...
