Exactly mate. United, weather we like it or not are the best team in the country. Fcuk chelsea they are nothing. Yeah they've won the title the last 2 seasons but what with...money. Liverpool, couldnt hit a barn door and arsenal full of non english oxf*rd. All we should do to give us some respect from the game is stand up, make noise, and back the boys. you never know what then could happen on the picth. But it looks bleak from my point of view

I'm not sure that you could stand up at the moment. Have you been rolling in the catnip?

I think you find they would have done. But OT is such a big stadia its hard to hear them sing. And the camera never pans on the fans either.

I am so glad that our team is graced with such articulate, deep thinking, intelligent, literate and so obviously incorrect fans as yourself...you make me feel really proud!!

What a load of rubbish!

Man Utd support is not the best in the country. They are quiet and standing up all game isnt going to make the slightest bit if difference.

What difference does it make if you sit down? Just sing!

Manchester City fans are far more well known for being passionate and loud, and look what we did to them!

We have nothing to fear in this league, no one has a team spirit like us.

Bring it f*cking on.

Scylla
FiNeRaIn Evening Post is spot on. Football is about atmosphere and passion. Standing up in seats is far safer than terracing. There are no surges and no crushes in all seater stadiums. You will simply fall over and land down a row or two and maybe knock the odd person, its pathetic being asked to sit down and I won't do it. As for the result we will get stufed, but lets do the club proud by creating an atmopshere and making the ground lively.

I'm sure that the players will be deeply touched that you think they will get stuffed but you're gonna stand up anyway.

Unlike half of hobnob ill be getting behind the team on the day. Rather than the occasional clap when we break forward. Players appreciate atmopshere and noise, not a very well mannered stadium with fans all safely in their seats.

Reading fans will be blown away by their support IMO.
Slate uniteds home support by all means, but away fans are class. Witty chants, differant sons, all lads out on the drink getting behind the team.

Going to be a lot of people blown away this time saturday evening when you filter into your home's.

If anyone watched the Charlton v United game this season, United fans were awesome.

Why are so many people on here bigging up Man U? They're a scum club with cheating players and scum supporters. They're successful because like Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal they have money. No other reason. We WILL beat them!

They have good away fans. I expect half the ground to watch on in admiration at them in full voice.
They have a better team, and when all the clueless mugs boo ronaldo they are going to give us endless stick for the rest of the game, and leave us with egg on our faces. Just wait and see.

Well, we're not paticularly rich but we are relatively successfull and I don't feel the need to shout my mouth off on another club's board because I'm a closet Man U fan.

I guess you're another of those 99% of Man U supporters who have never seen their team play. And even if you're not you're simply a piece of shit for supporting them in the first place. Glory hunting oxf*rd!

and if it was not for our rich chairman, we would still be at Elm park and playing div 1 or div 2 football in front of less than 10,000 most weeks.

I do find all the gushing on here because some team from up north is turning up slightly embarrasing. Just another game really, it will be a stiff challenge but we have faced other tough challenges in the past and made a good show of it. I for one won't be sitting back in awe at the amazing wit and clever singing from the most over rated team in the country. I'll be watching the game and shouting at my team (and anyone else who'll listen) until they win.

Man who?

You'll see.

Prepare to be blown away on and off the pitch. They might of been a club youve seen over the years on TV. But when you meet them face to face, its a differant story.
