Good evening (resident Evertonian)

by latchford » 27 Nov 2006 17:03

I remember speaking to some reading fans along the way on the way to promotion on here and i certainly didn't expect you's to do well in the premiership.

The team looks a very established one and with some signings in the summer to strengthen ever more then you only have to look whos challenging for europe now and expect to yourselves.

I have been pleased with your support caught some of your games on the old prem plus and their a credit.

I've been all the everton games this season but when its short on money i cant go all in december and have chosen reading on the 23rd of december ahead of fratton park lol

would be grateful if any decent pub names could be dropped, handy tube stations or train stations etc

continue with your good season exepect from the two games when you play the pride of merseyside :) lol

oh btw i did provide you's with goals off official site last time without subscribing well got a slap on the wrists for that so had to get them of motd, if anyone wants/needs always handy to make videos etc http://www.football-forever.com/forum/f ... y.php?f=41

He's made the mistake in thinking that we're in London!

For what it's worth, go to the three guineas pub at the train station and then catch the number 72 bus or the park and ride bus opposite the train station.

It's not the only mistake he's made

I have to congratulate you on showing remarkable restraint when replying to the original post.

You want the main Reading Train Station.
I imagine you'll be going to London and changing, though I'm not sure.

just outside the station exit is the Three Guineas, which is the unofficial away fans pub. then it's just outside by the taxi rank for the bus to get you to the stadium, you can't really go wrong once you get off the platforms to be honest.

Really easy.

It probably easier to change a Birmingham New street than go into London, you'd end up at Euston and have to get to Paddington.
