BBC Berks just announced................well nothing, or to be more accurate no news yet.

Pitch inspection was at 9.00 and still no news, methinks there's a bit of pressure being applied somewhere, apparently there's more rain on the way from the west.

Yes you are right. Balanced, well thought out, intelligent and non reactionary posts. They obviously don't know what a message board is meant for.

Multi_Download. I love it. At least they've got a sense of humour.

Platypuss Rugby game confirmed as postponed.

At lessed they had notice of the postponement, instead of going down to the stadium, and spending £6 on car park for nothing

This picture basically sums up yesterday's postponement better than two or three long threads here can do - Rob Styles made an untypically correct decision to postpone yesterday's game. Anything else - timings, announcements etc. - is just speculation; RFC cannot be held responsible for a deluge' on the day!

Bad luck for Burnley fans, but then I have arrived in Bournemouth (twice in one season) and Sheffield in the past to find our away fixtures called off. Frustrating. Unavoidable. Roll on Tuesday, assuming the rain holds off.

On a sarcastic and cynical note, maybe RFC should worry more about how they are failing in their responsibility to provide emergency vehicular access to their changing rooms, instead of the ridiculous sight of ambulances, or golf style buggies, manouvering around the edges of the pitch during game time. It's not as if they are unaware of the matter, especially in the unfortunate case of Petr Cech, Chelsea's goalkeeper, this season.

Yeah, really balenced

Clueless and ignorant would be more like it.

working class hero The LI link was well accepted for the past few seasons..... So why the bitching now? We are the same club we ever were - we just have a lot more lifelong fans than we could see in the past.

LI have given us much needed cash - possibly allowing us to splash out big money on the likes of Kits / Doyle / Ingi etc. Moaning about the space they have in the store is also a bit pathetic since it is only recently that we have sold much RFC stuff.....

As for the ticket office, it can hardly be unreasonable to ask staff to work when there are no RFC tickets to sell.

I know I am old fashioned but we have a contract and should honour it. I am sure that the MAdman would agree - although Salako might be a sceptic.

Those 3 were signed for peanuts. Hardly big money.

My tongue was firmly in cheek as I typed....

Oh Lord save me, they actually think we don't own the stadium.

What is company A? I think they made that one up, they seem desperate to think that we are also tenants.
