Sidwells ego!

Well Kitson became the 11th player to sign a new deal and had a dig at the great Sidwell in the process which absolutely made my day!
Why hasn't Sidwell been left to rot in the reserves as he has made it abundantly clear he is going in the summer. I for one don't think we need players with this sort of ego in our team, players who think they are far better than they really are, which is Mr Sidwell.
He has to many games where he is out of the action for far too long and then get's booked because he can't catch up with the game.
IMHO I think the ego master should be dropped and Halford given a chance or bring in Gunnarson who showed against Man U Sidwell isn't fit to lace his boots.

Employee honours contract and works hard for current employer then seeks better paid employment with alternative employer.

I've yet to understand how that can cause anyone here a problem. Most of us have done/will do exactly that.
