I think a draw will do it.
It would take some huge scores for us to go down.
Watford can't overtake us.
West Ham could get 47
Sheff Utd could get 49
Charlton could get 47
Wigan could get 49
but Sheff Utd have to play Wigan , Charlton & West Ham
and Wigan have to play West Ham
so between those four clubs they must drop a minimum of 12 points plus one more point for each drawn game between them.
Worst case for us is if Sheff Utd loose all three of those games and West Ham beat Wigan. The max pts would then be:
West Ham 47
Charlton 47
Wigan 46
And our goal difference is 20 better than Wigan's.
So if we draw today I think we're safe.
