...then at least we might have a midfielder who can control the ball.

It looked as if the ref pulled out the yellow card for being to close to touchline. Can mascot get a yellow?

YankeeRoyal missed the excitement, what did poor kingsley do to earn a talking to?
I dont think old mother Riley appreciated his presence so close to the touchline in Reading kit.Probably Emre putana whinged or something.
Game started off brightly enough and the nailed on pen should "of" seen us 1-0 up at the break.Ingi a diamond as ever.
So far a tad disapointed with the midfields link up play with the forwards and Harps probing would be a useful add in.
We`ll still ave em.Urzz.

Excellent shot by Kitson. Excellent cross by Seol. Nice to see Seol is getting back to his form at the bignning of the season.

Oster dummied well when the cross came in, too. Likely down to good communicating if done on purpose.

Newcastle looks disorganized in the middle. I can see another goal coming soon. Come on Doyle.

Little wonder...

sportinglife 61 mins: Newcastle - who started off with an attacking line-up anyway - now have a striker, two wingers and an attacking midfielder in the centre of the park. Reading could well take advantage.

Milner might well have a brace --and, if he did, just imagine the baying for Federici hereabouts
