But you'd pay that to watch a similarly sized club like Man Utd and be grateful they let you in so cheaply.

The last time I watched Reading play at the Withdean we lost 3-1. I was sitting in the home end with a BHA supporting mate and had to clap politely as each goal went in. And as a condition of him giving me the spare ticket i had to wear a seagulls cap

I'd pay 15 quid to exorcise the memory of that tbh.

Surely as it's a testimonial they may only be selling tickets to the home fans?

I don't know for certain, I was just guessing. All of our recent testimonials have been against select X1's so i'm not sure how it works.

£15 to watch a half arsed mix of reserves and first teamers play in what is possibly the worst stadium in the Football League? No thank you!

I am surprised that a thick homophobe like you would be seen in Brighton.

If a boys weekend was made of it then yeah, superb, but I wouldn't waste money on 'that' friendly, or many others for that matter.

15 quid to see a massive club like Brighton play is peanuts - we had to pay three times that to go to Stamford Bridge last year.

Not surprised that tickets went on sale this early as Brighton are a massive club and demand will be 3 times as much as the Withdean can hold!

Banjax, I think some may view the term 'bumboys' as slightly homophobic!

You would have if you'd gone there when we beat them 2-0.

Think I'll go to this one. Will be nice to experience the new away end (still uncovered) behind the Withdean terrace. Added to that, they're is a nice pub next to the ground.

I do feel sorry for Kerry Mayo though, having got Arsenal to play the testomonial last season, they're now stuck with us.

Oh and the admission fee is worth it to see Le Tissier strut his stuff during the game going on what was said on the Brighton website.

I have, and I consider the Withdean worse. At least Kenilworth Road has a roof
