There is no way we could match the 250,000 die hard Brighton fans (who would sell out our place ten times over on a wet Tuesday in February even if they are in division 1  )

Wlolest Street

I would be up for kicking some actual seagulls down my road. The dirty little bastards rip open the bin bags and spread the filth once a week. Looks like Calcutta on bin day. We would all die of the plague if they went to fortnightly collections.

Am planning on going to the match whether or not there are away seats btw.

He did.
Steve Coppell agreed to this testimonial as he is a man of his word. There have been all sorts of problems with arranging a testimonial for Kezza. Teams have promised to play and then gone back on it (Arsenal was mentioned)
He has been with us since coming out of the youth (still only 28) and given 10 years service.
So, regardless of whether you like Brighton or not then any footballer who has given 10 years loyalty (and he has had offers from other clubs) to their local team (he is from Brighton) deserves a pay day. Ticket money (less expenses) go to the player in a testimonial match.

Suprised we have been allocated any tickets. Eveyrone knows alongside southampton they are the biggest club in europe. I remember the time brighton were moaning that we didn't give them enough tickets for the top of the table clash in division two. Sure enough the day arrived and they didn't even sell that out despite claiming they could of brought another 5,000.
