Still should have little trouble with landlocked Bolivia, worst team in CONMEBOL, and the venue is two and a quarter miles closer to sea level than what the Bolivians like to play at.

So Joe Lapira failed to impress in his five minutes v. Ecuador?

Bennett got another 90 under his belt, Doyle and Hunt came on in the second half for Long and Kilbane respectively.

Old boy Gamble also played 90 mins.

not bad - Irish defence very inexperienced as they also had a young Arsenal reserve full back and a Carlisle centre back - looked better than Sodje yesterday!
