Ahem, tonight, I realised whilst watching the England game that I had forgotten to put this up so you guys could nominate your fave right backs whilst the vote for the goalkeeper category is taking place over the weekend.

I guess Graeme Murty would be the leading candidate, but I hope there's others that you would consider.

Andy "Peeping Tom" "Skippy" Bernal! - cultured Oz full back quite prepared to make the cynical foul and get sent off to prevent a goal. He was plucky as well, trying his hand in goal despite being about 6 inches too short. good going forward and solid at the back
I'll second Murts heart on his sleeve, really cares and plays his heart out. His never give up attitude has helped the club on more than one occasion and helped him play above his ability. Scored the goal that broke the points record. Nuff Said.

I remember Gary Peters being a pretty decent right back for us. But then I was quite young when he was playing and it was only fourth division fare being served up.

Be honest, Murts wins hands down as he is the best right back we have in the highest division.

However, looking forward my vote goes to Greg Halford who will be even better than Murts.

De La's good but not a winner. You'll struggle to find 8 I think Spacey, and it would be sad to see another good bunch of old players fail to get a single vote.

I'd beg to differ...

He did a very good job for us - his cavalier raiding down the left were pretty instrumental in that turnaround under Pardew /Allen when Div 3 was getting ready to welcome us.

A man for the moment I think, although not a contender in this poll !
