Chelsea 1 - 1 Reading

We take the lead and look like we're gonna snach all 3 points. Chelsea equalise in the last 10 minutes

or...

Chelsea 0 - 1 Reading

we get an early goal and then its backs to the walls a'la Man United away earlier in the season.

Gordons Cumming We will not lose this game.

You have said that several times before and been entirely wrong so that fills me with no confidence whatsoever. I expect a fairly comprehensive defeat and a 5th defeat in a row.

You are about 30 minutes away from me bw. Enjoy your stay! This is not typical California weather, so don't judge us by the latest drenching.

My prediction:
If we play 4-4-2 and go at them: Reading 3 - Chelsea 2.

If we go 4-5-1 and try to use the traditional pack it in strategy on the road against a massive opponent then:
Chelsea 1 - Reading 0

Please Sir Steve, attack!!!

Chelsea 2 - 0 Reading

Chelsea once again play absolute sh*t. Reading never NEVER look like scoring & Chelsea will win with a goal in each half.

YAWN.

5 straight league defeats, down to 17th in the league after a crushing 3v0 defeat. After the UTD performance Coppell will yet again bottle it and go 5-4-1 away from home, so we won't get a kick. There that's positive.

I've convinced myself we're relegation fodder now.

I've had funny feelings before which have been proved right.

It wont be comprehensive.

I think Chelsea's far supperior players will prove too much for us, regardless of whatever formation we play.

I envy those of you who are attending the match - you're going to see Anelka confined to Cisse's pocket, you'll be witness at the birth of a new Royals hero as Matejovsky runs rings around Sidwell, and you'll be able to say "I was there when Cox opened his senior account with an 88th minute winner at the Bridge".

*wakes up*

Chelsea to grind out a 2-0 win, the goals coming late on in each half.

TBF, Chelsea have got a few out and if we get our tactics right (and by that I don't mean sit back and defend all game), I think we've got a chance here. If Cissé can get to grips with Anelka and Hunt gives Shorey enough protection from SWP, then we can stick Harps on Joe Cole and let Matejovsky pull the strings in midfield. Doyle to continue on the right and stick Lita and Kitson up front. Alex will probably have Kitson tied up tight, but Leroy is due a goal and I can see us winning this!

Or not...
