1-0

a solid home performance, defensively sound, somewhat limited and lacking confidence going forward, and nervy from players and crowd, but we snatch a winner in the last 5 minutes

harper, off his arse

Probably be an own goal to be fair. We'll only let 3 in due to the fantastic noise the crowd makes and it'll all be down to Nigel, Johnny and the Evening Post.

draw - but if we dont get the back line right , it could be a defeat - looks like Agbon is going to be fit and he has more pace than any of our back line, indeed more pace that any of our team - period

Oh and Ashley Young can run a bit too!

I predict there will be no goals scored by either the RFC or Villa first team on Saturday, but on Sunday they'll score 3 and 2 respectively and I'll breathe a sigh of relief and tuck into another beer.

I reckon 2-2. However, the last few games that Reading have played on TV, they have played pretty good, so maybe a 2-0 with Doyle making his come back with a double.

It's clearly vital we win. I have this strong feeling if we will we'll survive, if we lose, it's hello Loftus Road and Bramall Lane. Not just another htree points lost, but psychologically: devastating.

Head: Reading 1 - Villa 3 - we'll take the lead and then defend like schoolboys

Heart: Reading 2 - Villa 0 - we''ll wonder why we ever thought there was anything wrong, as we make quite easy work of beating the Villa.

3-2 Reading.

But more importantly, I dont want to see players playing for themselves, new contracts, scouts or showboating for their bird in the stands, I want to see the team playing for the shirt. And if they show the commitment the shirt deserves, I'll be happy.
