Still looks like there is no chance of Liverpool catching Arsenal now, so that has to be a good thing?

Royal Tezza It's been a miserable game to watch, but there have definitely been some fairly decent performances out there today, i'm thinking Convey, Fae, Bikey...

I'm thinking a 3-man central midfield might be quite tastey.

Cisse's continual reluctance to use his head is pissing me off bigtime.

To be fair, i'm not too bothered by the second half performance, once we went 4 at the back and moved Bokey into the middle.

Created a few ok chances

1st half was making me cringe it was so shamefully embarassing

You reckon a lifeless object is a much better right back and club captain than Murty?

Did we actually go 4 at the back - I thought Bikey just swapped with Cisse.

Good to see Murty getting the players over to the supporters at the end. Even Hunt joined in - so the team spirit is still there, maybe.

2-0 could have been much worse. Last 15-20 mins we looked better. Tough old season just gets tougher.

Next three games more our level so still have hope......just :)

Either way, our midfield certainly shored up!

Only a damage limitation performance, that in all honesty, was woeful in itself considering the amount off chances Arsenal had. I think this has shown further regression, heaven hope we see fulham/bolton and birmingham loses this weekend.

For what its worth, Benitez is a cnut..but well in his 'rights' to make the 8 changes today.

Big Ern Is it just me,or is Kebe utter shite?

It's not just you.

He was cheap though so at least the Chairman's happy!

Cheap or not he is shite. I lose my faith when I see us purchase an avaerage French 2nd div player and elevate them to a better position within the side than promising youngsters (eg henry etc) who are desperate to play for their clubs. Come on SC ffs give them a go if they are showing up well in the res.

Murts is a proper Captain, OK a bit long in the tooth, but a proper leader of men, which every team needs.
