Bit off topic

Just watched Sky Sports News. Andy Gray was on, saying he reckons we will stay up.

Im so nervous just want it to be Monday, the waiting is killing me.

I think this is the first time i cant wait till work on Mon.

cmonurz I have found another straw to clutch. We can still go up if Fulham win, we just have to beat Derby (the worst team in Premier League history) 7-0.

What if Fulham win 2-0?

Then we win by 8. Alternatively - the funniest possible outcome - we win by loads, pompey win and Chelsea hammer Bolton. so long as we hit 7 (lol) and Chelsea hit 4, Bolton go down. Impossible, but I would still be laughing next year.

Has anybody else noticed that; whilst Derby do have the worst home results in the Prem, it's still better than our away results?

I had. Kind of shocking.

By the way, I hate the way people keep going on about Derby being the worst premiership team ever. Football didn't start in 1993 - they are statistically the worst top flight team ever by points per game. Even in straight points they would be too, except for the very early days when they only played 22 games. And if they don't win they'll beat that record too, as Stoke's* 3 wins and 4 draws would beat their points total.
