papereyes
Sarah Star We could do with someone who can put in a decent cross.

Apparently, we're scouting 1870s London for van Helsing.

well done

But he's crap, good work rate but no ending product.

I'd much rather get Pontious Pilot, he knows how to crucify a defence.

LOL at you all arguing about a throw away point about skin colour when its obvious the whole issue about Kebe or any other player is how shit they are, not their colour.

what do we have that is better?? If he makes a impact now - give him a chance in the regular season. He is long and fast - hopefully as the season goes on we can add more positive adjectives next to that list...

Lets just give him a chance next season after a few starts and then we can begin to make judgements.

And if he is no good, how much time does that give us to get a quality right winger?

I don't like the fact that people are saying he can't cross. Coppell's teams rely on having wingers who can cross. If he beats his man but then can't cross, he'll have to play it back to LR to cross, which defeats the object of beating the man in the first place. If he starts cutting inside and shooting, fair enough if it pays off, but if it doesn't, then the strikers will have half the supply they did when we went up. If Hunt's on the left we'll have two wingers who can't cross.

Hunt will be at Sunderland.
Kebe will be shoved up front with Long.
We'll have Henry on the right and Convey on the left.
We''re doomed.

OR

We look on the positive side of things and wait and see what happens. :!:

I think it was pretty obvious he meant the fans should give him a chance to prove himself or not if he plays, rather than saying shouldn't should sign a good right-winger if we can.

Far too many seemed to have made up their mind that he's the one they'll boo and blame for any failures this season, particularly as most people on here are basing their opinions of him on one 1/2 hour sub appearance v Villa. When things are not going well they look for scapegoats. They just want someone to take out their frustrations on.

The fact is, if people boo Kebe's every mistake then it'll ruin him as a player for us, but perhaps that's what some people want. They'll see driving a player out as some kind of victory.

It's more that he doesn't cross than can't cross. His game, if his decent showing at MK is anything to go by, is more about picking players out with a pass once he's beaten the man rather than chipping a cross to the back post. Of course Championship defenders will probably be a tad better than MK's, but there are positive signs there.

Kebe Love,
My Kebe Love,
You missed again,
Oh how you missed my love,
But all you do is play so bad
Break my heart and make me sad
Don't give the ball away
Any chance you could score today?

"long and fast"

What the hell does that mean?

I've never heard of a long player before, apart from the obvious of course.
