Still have my doubts bout him coz he didn't impress me last season and thats the first game i've seen him make a good performance.
But if he keeps this up, i'll take back everything i said about him

He didn't really get a chance last season. And we weren't playing well as a team which probably made his look worse.

He didn't have any time to settle into the 'english style' either

When he came on for the first time against Everton he made an instant impact. Should have scored as well but did well to get into the position.

And so he should as a player signed by a Premier League side. Our expectation levels are ridiculously low sometimes.

LOL. Great argument.

I take it that you disagree that a player signed as a winger by a Premier League club should be able to 'get in the right positions'.

I thought Kebe had a great game last Saturday, reminded me of Michael Gilkes at times. I'm now wondering why people have been slating him, maybe it's because these people who slate him are stupid?

I've always backed him. That moment of magic against Everton just showed what he can do, and Im positive he will be a great signing!

ive never really known what kebe could do-but refused to write him off after a poor performace against arsenal last season, and retain my faith in coppell and the boys being able to pick a player
its only one game-but in that one game on saturday he has already made everyone who said he wasnt even a pub player look a bit daft
i hope he continues to improve as he has through preseason, and at the start of th ereal business-he could be glen little with pace!

Being in Paris, I was hoping to go and watch him play for Mali tomorrow night, but I've just seen on some Mali website that the game is actually being played way out in the suburbs. What was funny though was to see that his name was given as Djimmy Boubou Kebe in the squad list!

He could be a decent player at this level, though I think the Premiership is too much for him based on what I have seen

Oh yeah. I forgot.

Kebe For Mali. If we chant this at every game he might actually make the national squad.

I don't actually think so

Didn't go to the ACON in Jan, that's for sure. Wiki says he has 8 caps but also that he wasn't picked for their last friendly.
