Great news! At least now we have three new signings which should kick some of the regulars up their backsides.

Would still like a defensive midfielder but what the hey!

Was he first choice at Sheff Utd ? If so, why move to Reading ?

Then why are we signing Sheffield United's 2nd choice left back?

I am suddenly getting images of Jimmy Kebe in my head.

Would that be the same Jimmy Kebe who's been our best player for the last 2 games?

Hello Boys
How are things? I see the Madman still milking out the dosh from the Club .

Armstrong will spend about as much time in the team as Glen little did.

Mark my words he is injury prone and Dodger knows best.

Where's Hampshire Royal? Retired to life in the vestry in Petersfield!

Looks like the Royals will be flying in the wrong direction unlike Bristol City who I note are now in the same League as the Royals.

Keep it quiet but SC is watching Gary Alexander. Could he be our saviour? He's cheap just what the Madman likes.

Bring back the Vicar as he stuffed us on Saturday following a few tips from Sir Dodger Royal.

The way things are going then I will need to give similar advice to those laggards running Reading FC at present.

Clueless and I mean clueless.

Your know it makes senseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Just a fleeting visit but you always make me welcome.

He is / was not even second choice - number 3 I am afraid!

Still I rate him as a good solid LB so welcome Stretch - as the Blades fans know him

He played in 31 league games last season. And started 24 premier league games for Sheff-U. So i dont think he is there 2nd Choice?

So he's not favourite with tKevin Blackwell, woopy do, I don't exactly rate him. That doesn't make him not the best LB at the Blades. I'll trust Coppell's eye for potential for now and just hope that he gels faster than expected. Time to push on now methinks.

Experienced, out of the Sheffield side due to injury, during which time they signed Gary Naysmith and he has been keeping Armstrong out of the side since, on paper look a good signing, now lets get him on the pitch and hear none of the usual blah from the club, get match fit, up to speed etc.......

Because he was oxf*rd cheap. Tight arsed chairman wouldn't cough up for Surman, who, imo is the better player by a country mile. Instead we get a cheap player who has spent ages out through injury.

Definitely worth a punt. (Especially at a relatively low cost).
